Hello all,
So I conducted an iron and copper (ii) sulfate experiment. The idea is to identify if it is iron (ii) or iron (iii). The quantitative formula gives a ratio of Cu to Fe as 0.72. Does that mean there is 72% copper used in proportion to 100% Fe? Would that be a ratio of 2:3 then??
Thanks   Confounded Face

That can mean that there are 0.72 mol Cu for every 1 mol Fe.

That would be roughly a 7:10 ratio.
