Polonium => atomic mass = 218, atomic number = 84 (i looked periodic table).

1) Emits beta particle:
Beta particle => atomic mass = 0, atomic number = -1.
Po Rightwards Arrow beta + X
So, atomic mass X = 218
atomic number X = 84 + 1 = 85

2) Emits alpha particle:
Alpha particle => atomic mass = 4, atomic number = 2.
Po Rightwards Arrow alpha + Y
So, atomic mass Y = 218 - 4 = 214
atomic number Y = 84 - 2 = 82

The Atomic Number would be: 85 and the atomic mass would be 218.... For a Beta Particle!

The Atomic Number would be: 82 and the atomic mass would be 214.... For an Alpha Particle! and the new element would be Ra!

Hope that helps!
