Well I know that ADH increases the permeability of the loop of henle and vice versa in the Nephron but how should I approach to answer this question, its worded weirdly for me.
Different substances affect secretion of ADH. These substances in increase the production of urine that are know as Diuretics, how do diuretics increase how much urine is produced?

Diurétics decrease the levels of ADH in the kidneys, since there is not much reabsorption occiring then the levels of Urine production increase.

What happens is a duratic means it is pulling water. Some people use dirtics to get rid of edama by the heart. But the reason it makes you pee a lot is it neutrally attracts water. It is osmosis. So an example of a durtic would be caffeine. When ti goes to the kidneys all the water from the body gets drawn to it. The caffeine absorbs the water as it leaves the body.
