A new graduate nurse from a practical/vocational nurse program applied to a local hospital to work. The nurse has to be licensed before beginning her orientation. She will take the NCLEX-PN and should expect:
 
  A) the computer to score the test and electronically transfer the information to the testing service that will provide the official exam results to her employer.
  B) to see her name and license number posted on the board of nursing Web site within hours of passing the examination.
  C) unofficial results of the exam after 24 hours by paying an additional fee to the state board of nursing.
  D) to wait several months to get official results from the board of nursing to be sent to her home.
