To correctly represent a positive signed number in 2's-complement form:
 
  A) represent the magnitude in its 2's-complement form and place a sign bit of O in front of the MSB.
  B) represent the magnitude in its 2's-complement form and place a sign bit of 1 in front of the MSB.
  C) represent the magnitude in its true binary form and place a sign bit of O in front of the MSB.
  D) represent the magnitude in its true binary form and place a sign bit of 1 in front of the MSB.
