According to John Noonan
   a.   the fetus is a person from the moment of conception.
   b.   the fetus becomes a person only after viability.
   c.   at no stage does the fetus meet the criteria of personhood.
   d.   even if the fetus is a person, the mother’s autonomy and rights outweigh any rights the fetus may have.
