How is DNA replication during conjugation different from DNA replication proceeding binary fission?

DNA replication during conjugation involves only plasmid DNA, DNA replication proceeding binary fission involves only chromosomal DNA

DNA replication during conjugation initially produces a single stranded DNA molecule, DNA replication proceeding binary fission produces double stranded DNA molecules
