I have a 12 volt battery rated at 1.3Ah. It also says 14Wh (watt hours?). I know there's a way of finding out your discharge rate in amps. Something to do with the C rating? I don't want to know how long it lasts I just need to know what the amp output is.

Divide the amount of current into the ahr rating.

Those 2 ratings are somewhat inconsistent.  12 volts times 1.3 Ah=15.6 Wh rather than 14 Wh.  anyway the battery should last 1.3 Ah divided by the load current.
