It has to do with the intensity of sunlight. The heat would dry up the seedling

In morning the intensity of sunlight is very high whereas in the evening it is comparatively low, that is why it is preferred to transplant a seedling in a flower bed in the evening rather than in the morning.
When you like a flower, you just pluck it out.
But when you love a flower, you water it daily.
The one who understands this, understands life.
