My blood type is o negative but my parents are positive and A positive, my grandparents are all A or B positives with one being o positive. None of my aunts or uncles are rhesus negative either. Is this possible?

Absolutely.  Both O and negative are recessive traits, so they can stay hidden for generations.  Your other family members have O and Rh- alleles, but their A's B's and Rh+ is what is expressed.

Yes.  O is recessive and most likely your parents each carry one recessive O gene
