The answer is A.  Answer A is correct:

answer B isn't right because opsonins are only involved in phagocytosis:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opsonization

and chemotaxins are only given off in order to make one cell (like a macrophage) move towards or away from something.

C isn't right because the complement system responds to all forms of immune stimulation, not just Gram-negative bacteria.
