what is the percentage change increase in production of farmers from using fertilizers and pesticides to not ?

Production decreases when commercial fertilizer and pesticide use stops.  From what I've been told by farmers who have switched to organic, yields tend to be 60-75% of previous yields.  Much seems to depend upon how much manure they have access to.  The more manure, the less yield drag from a nutritional standpoint.  However, the weed pressure still takes its toll.
