greater number of immigrants and emigrants than population X -- immigrants raise population, emigrants decrease it, so it levels off.

higher birth rate and death rate than population X -- also levels off.

higher birth rate and a greater number of immigrants than population X -- Not possible

higher death rate and a greater number of emigrants than population X -- the line would be decreasing, also not posisble.

I'd choose either the first or second, but preferably the first greater number of immigrants and emigrants than population X
