What was Calvin's theory on politics and religion?
 
  A) Calvin believed that there was no place for religion mixed with politics.
  B) Unlike the Catholic Church, Calvin thought that religion should play a limited role in politics.
  C) Calvin felt there should be no separation between Church and state, as government was to regulate society according to the will of God.
  D) Calvin had made no judgments concerning Church and state.
