Near the end of an interview with the director of an assisted living facility, you ask for a job description for the position. The director said that since it is a small facility, they do not feel they need written job descriptions.

Which of the following responses would be most appropriate?
  A) I prefer an informal work environment and from what you've told me, this would be perfect for me.
  B) I really would like to work here but I would need to read a written job description before I would consider a position.
  C) Thank you for your time but I would not take a job that doesn't have a written description of the job.
  D) My teachers told me not to take a job that doesn't have a written job description.
