How does the role of the LPN differ from that of the RN regarding decision making related to client care?
 
  A) The LPN is responsible for low level, non life threatening client related decisions.
  B) The RN makes all the decisions based on the analysis of client focused information
  C) The decision making role may be delegated by the RN to the LPN when appropriate
  D) LPNs are responsible for decision making but as an RN they will now be held accountable.
