How would the teacher find out? and as long as its all in your head it's not cheating. so I don't think it's a big deal.

If the student gets caught with the test bank physically then they can get kicked out. It's considered academic dishonesty, just like plagiarism.

Yup, just keep quiet about it. If you're careless and are caught printing in the library, then yeah, you deserve to lose your position at the school. Be discrete.

Just be smart about it. And don't fool yourself, just because you have the test bank does not mean you are guaranteed an A. The best test banks can do is prepare you to handle the same types of questions, and if you are lucky you may just get the exact same question but it would be really dumb to simply go through the problems and memorize the answers.

Really? I didn't think you can get kicked out because of something like this. It's not like you stole from the teacher's copies of the test? But of course it's best to just not let anyone know.
