The options of this poll are stupid. Obviously, the lockdown is not unconstitutional, but obviously the government shouldn't have unlimited power over its citizens. They are not mutually exclusive. Stupid poll.

 John V.,I am sorry you think that. However, I would argue that it is not obvious that these lock downs are constitutional. Don't you think that arresting people for going to church violates our First Amendment Rights?  Don't you think that sending parents to jail for trying to feed their kids is unconstitutional? What about the fact that you couldn't buy plant seeds or paint in Michigan? What about the fact that suicides are up 300% according to a recent statistic I saw because people are getting depressed and hopeless from being stuck in their homes without the ability to exercise? I could keep going on and on, but it is abundantly clear that lock downs are destroying lives. The government does not have the right to override the constitution, no matter what the threat is.
