B.  sugars are not made in cellular respiration, sugars are broken down.  
Carbon dioxide is given off, its the waste product of cellular respiration  02 + C6H2O6  yields CO2 + H2O + ATP

the first one that stood out at me would be: C carbon dioxide given off. Whereas only photosynthetic cells can make sugar using photosynthesis, ALL cells need to be able to break down sugars they take in from their environment and turn it into energy to be used in cellular work.... so its not A or D definitely
