Can a tRNA transfer different amino acids to the mRNA at different times during the overall process?

Simple answers please! Biology isn't exactly my best subject. lol

No. A tRNA for glycine, for example, always transfers glycine. Once its glycine is incorporated into a protein chain, a new glycine is put on.

If you mean - can the same tRNA molecule be loaded with an amino acid, and used in protein synthesis over & over - then the answer is Yes. tRNAs can be re-used multiple times.

If you mean - can one tRNA molecule carry multiple different types of amino acids - then the answer is No. Each tRNA will only carry one type of amino acid.
