Ms Kaplan, the drama director, is putting on another musical for her school.  It consists of the segments that follow.  Act I: 20 minutes, Act II: 33 minutes 1/2 minutes, Act III 32 1/2 minutes, Act IV : 20 minutes-and a 15 minute intermission between Acts II and III. To change the scenery, there must also be 3 1/2 minutes between Acts I and II and between Acts III and IV.
How many hours and minutes are there from the beginning of the musical to the end?
If the Musical must end at 10:30PM exactly, what is the latest time it should start?

The musical is 128 minutes long, including scenery changes, and intermission. That is 2 hours and 8 minutes.
So the show must start at 8:22 exactly.
