I know the dermis has tiny nerve ends that help you feel, but are the dermis and epidermis a part of the nervous system?
I HAVE searched and came up with nothing. Do not automatically jump to the conclusion that I did not try to find any information about this.

This is about the 5th or 6th question I have read asking for answers for study that people should be researching themselves. If you entered your question in the search engine you would have come up with the results I found. It is important to learn to think for yourself.

No, they are part of the integumentary system. The nerves in the skin are part of the peripheral nervous system.
