I have biology homework due tomorrow and I've gone brain dead.  I don't want anyone to do my homework I just need a little help with it.  I'm supposed to compare and contrast bacteria and viruses but all I've really come up with it that bacteria is living, viruses aren't living, and they both can cause illnesses.  Any other ideas?  Please help.

Viruses reproduce within a host cell, while bacteria reproduce via mitosis, because of this, viruses have difficulty surviving (per se) without a host. Viruses are typically much smaller. Viruses can be vaccinated against using ineffective strains of the virus but antibiotics do not work. They both have genetic material (DNA/RNA) and they both can be used in biotechnology (viruses as a vector, bacteria as an alterable cell)
