They say that the gravity in kepler 22-b is 2 means u will feel fat. But in fictional cartoons like dbz , goku can survive planets with 300x the gravity of earth. So ? more gravity means u will feel heavier or more gravity means more pressure?

Earth gravity is conventionally set as 1.  Kepler 22-b has twice the strength of Earth's gravity.  300 times Earth's gravity would squash you very flat.  Even at twice you would be risking a hernia just be standing up
Don't think you can learn anything real in anime, especially Japanese, as they are designed to weaken all foreign understanding of scientific issues.

Fictional cartoons - you do understand that "fictional" means not real, right?  They can say anything they want and there is no law that says it has to be logical or accurate.

A gravity of "1" is what we feel on Earth at sea level.
A gravity of "2" means we would feel twice as heavy (and all other things being equal, the air pressure would be double as well because the air would weigh twice as much).
A gravity of "300" would crush someone to paste.
