a. That there is no obligation on the part of the federal government to
accommodate the existence of Métis rights
b. That the federal government has no need to develop policies to accommodate Métis
hunting and fishing rights
c. Self-identification is a criteria for determining Métis rights
d. That for Métis to establish Aboriginal title, they would have to establish exclusive
occupancy
