an electron has a charge of -1.6x10^-19, if you divide 1 Coulomb by this number you will get 6.2x10^18, A is your answer

As e = 1.6E-19 C/electron, 1/e = 1/1.6E19 electrons/C = .625E19 = 6.2E18 (a)
