What finding led researchers to consider naltrexone as a therapy for alcoholism?
 
  a) Alcoholism is related to the same dopamine receptors in the nucleus accumbens that have been implicated in heroin craving
  b) Disulfiram works on the same receptors as naltrexone.
  c) Heroin addicts on naltrexone would get violently ill if they consumed alcohol.
