D
Most children with Asperger's syndrome manifest restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior as their major symptoms. Idiosyncratic interests may also occur. Verbal skills are rarely impaired. Tics and twitching are more often a part of the clinical picture of Tourette's syndrome. Severe developmental delays are part of the clinical picture of autism rather than Asperger's syndrome.
