Regarding the slope of the relationship between heart rate and VO2
 
 a. Heart rates will be higher for trained individuals with expressed over-absolute values of VO2.
  b. Heart rates will be similar for untrained and trained individuals with expressed over-absolute values of VO2.
  c. Heart rates will be similar for untrained and trained individuals with expressed over-absolute values of VO2 relative to VO2 max.
  d. Heart rates will always be lower for trained individuals regardless of how VO2 is expressed.
