An eight input multiplexer can easily be converted for use as a parallel to serial converter. What would be the appropriate way to sequence the data select inputs?
 
  A) Use three synchronous FF's as converters. B) Use three Asynchronous FF's as converters.
  C) Use a MOD 8 Asynchronous converter. D) Both A and C
