ADH is the anti diuretic hormone which will retain fluids. If there is more fluids, the serum becomes diluted and the serum electrolyte levels drop, as is in the case of SIADH. With that in mind, I would guess that the answer is C and the patient is in fluid overload secondary to SIADH.
