The nurse is administering ophthalmic drops to a client with an eye infection. Put the following nursing interventions in order from first to last.
A.   Recheck the 5 Rs and expiration date of the drug.
B.   Don gloves.
C.   Have the client tilt the head backward.
D.   Explain the procedure to the client.
E.   Wash your hands.
F.   Pull the lower eyelid downward and give Rx into the conjunctival sac.
G.   Instruct the client to close the eyes gently without squeezing the eyelids together.
H.   Document the medication.
