An order for an 80-year-old emphysemic patient who weighs 100 pounds is morphine sulfate, 0.5 gr. IM PRN for pain. The most appropriate action for the LPN to take is to:
1.   transcribe the order and wait to see if the patient needs it.
2.   transcribe the order for an oral dose instead of IM.
3.   call the physician and clarify the order.
4.   tell the RN about the order.
