60 mL

Global Rationale: mL/day = 5 mL/5 mg x 15 mg/1 dose x 4 doses/day. Multiply the numerators (5 x 15 x 4 = 300). Multiply the denominators (5 x 1 x 1 = 5). 300/5 = 60 ml/day.
