According to O'Donnell in paragraph 13, why might installing video cameras in police cars be a good thing?

  a. Because officers can have their own records of confrontations with suspects.
  b. Because these videos can be posted online in order raise awareness of what police work is actually like.
  c. Because video from such cameras will catch police officers who are not doing their jobs.
  d. Because viewers who are exposed to these on-the-job videos will get a better sense of the situations police face
and what is excessive force versus justifiable force.
