A patient in labor with limited prenatal care has as obstetrical history of a prior cesarean birth with a traditional incision.

The patient is requesting to attempt to deliver the baby vaginally. How should the nurse respond?
  A) There is no reason to stop you at this point, we will admit you to the unit.
  B) Based on your history, a vaginal delivery is not recommended, it might cause your uterus to rupture.
  C) We can do a trial of monitored labor, but may have to do a cesarean anyway.
  D) This is an emergency and we need to stop your contraction right now.
