If the electron transport chain is blocked up under aerobic conditios(o2) will tca, oxidative phosphorylation, and glycolysis stop?

I know that under anerobic conditiosn glycolysis will continue and fermentation would help regenerate NAD+. While the TCA and the electron transport chain and oxidative phosphorylation would stop.

I think when the etc chain is backed up in the presence of o2, krebs and pyruvate dehydrogenase complex will stop, but glycolysis will continue. I think this because it seems like the cell will run as if there is no o2. When there is no o2, there will be a build up of nadh and some sort of signal telling pyruvate to under go fermentation instead. I may be wrong though.

As the name implies, oxidative phosphorylation requires oxygen. Glycolysis, however, doesn't require oxygen to produce ATP, since it can work in anaerobic conditions, but produce very little ATP (2, instead of 30+, if oxygen were present).
