50g

Rationale: There is 50g of dextrose in this order. Use ratio and proportion to calculate. Therefore, 5 dextrose is 5g dextrose per 100 mL of solution. 5g / 100 mL = X grams / 1000 mL. 100X = 5000 . Therefore, X = 5000/100, or 50g.

Date of repackaging

Rationale: On a repackaged medication, the date of repackaging is not required. Required information includes expiration date after repackaging, manufacturer's name, lot number, generic name of the drug, dosage form, and strength.
