these 2 disorders are reserved for instances when symptom presentation does
not meet full criteria for any of the disorders in the somatic symptom and
related disorders diagnostic class and unspecified for those (unusual)
situations where there is insufficient information to make a more specific
diagnosis  such as the client seen in an emergency room.
