A client on the Pritikin Diet is eating foods high in complex carbohydrates and fiber, low in cholesterol, and low in fat. The program also includes:

A) Exercising three times a week for 30 minutes and eating high-protein red meats.
B) Walking 45 minutes daily and vitamin supplements including vitamins C, E, and folate.
C) Aerobic exercise daily for 30 minutes and only organic foods.
D) Supervised exercise twice a week and a daily multivitamin.
