What is the similarity between the microbiota found in a female at the menopause stage and a female at the pre-puberty stage? How different is it from a female between the stages of puberty and menopause?

The microbiota in both cases lack Lactobacillus acidophilus. This species ferments glygocen, causing a slightly acidic pH. Before puberty and after menopause, glycogen is not present and the pH is more neutral.
