In 1914, the general American reaction to the outbreak of war in Europe was
A) a strong desire to declare war against England.
B) complete neutrality of mind and action as President Wilson requested.
C) relief that the United States was uninvolved.
D) a strong desire to fight Germany.

This is for my American History course, we're using the American People textbook if that helps
