Patient seen in the emergency department after an automobile accident. She is complaining of pain in her back and right leg. X-rays, UA, and CBC were normal. Discharge Diagnosis: Thoracic/rib cage strain and contusion. Right leg contusion. Discharged on Voltaren 50 mg three times a day for pain, and Robaxin 750 mg three times a day for muscle spasms. She is to return to work in a couple of days and follow-up with her family doctor as necessary. ____________________
