Referring to following link, I would like to know on why I constantly feel my heartbeat / pulse in my head and there is no headache at all.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sudden pressure fluctuations can occur if you get up too quickly, or bending down suddenly.

You're experiencing a "pulse" inside your head, is it on your forehead, temple? Could you specify where on your head?
