If the charge carriers are positive instead of negative, what difference will result when measuring the Hall voltage?

There is no difference.

Hall voltages will be double for positive charge carriers.

Hall voltages will be double for negative charge carriers.

The polarity of the voltage will be reversed.

Hall voltages cannot be measured for positive charge carriers.
