I thought it was a question about the pH optimum, not the temperature optimum, though they could be related I suppose.

Human sucrase is located in the intestinal mucosa where the pH ranges from 6 to 7.4 depending on where you are. According to BRENDA the pH optimum for the human enzyme is pH 6, but there is some activity at pH 4 (35% of maximal) all the way to pH 7.8 (50% of maximal). This is a classical bell-shaped pH dependence.
