What does Bismarck think of Napoleon’s belief that European history represents a struggle between “Republican and Cossack” tendencies (Document, 875)?
a.   Bismarck basically agrees with Napoleon’s analysis, though he uses different terminology.
b.   Bismarck dismisses Napoleon’s analysis, then introduces different termininology.
c.   Bismarck suggests that Napoleon was right for his time, but that a new model is needed for Bismarck’s time.
