I am stuck on this, new to A&P.  Instructor said we need to list the tissues that a needle would go through from outer layer to inside layer from skin to scapula in order of their penetration through the layers.  It is for extra credit, and with a condensed course of 16 weeks, into 6 weeks, I certainly could use it.  He said the only help he would give us is that the outer layer is simple squamous epithelium. Here is the list attached we are to use...any help would be greatly appreciated.
•   General tissue type: EPITHELIAL
o   Specific tissue type:
•   Simple squamous epithelium
•   Simple cuboidal epithelium
•   Simple columnar epithelium
•   Pseudostratified columnar epithelium with cilia
•   Stratified squamous epithelium—nonkeratinized
•   Stratified squamous epithelium—keratinized
•   Transitional epithelium

•   General tissue type: CONNECTIVE
o   Specific tissue type:
•   Areolar connective
•   Adipose
•   Reticular connective
•   Dense regular connective
•   Dense irregular connective
•   Elastic connective
•   Hyaline cartilage
•   Fibrocartilage
•   Elastic cartilage
•   Compact bone
•   Blood

•   General tissue type: MUSCLE
o   Specific tissue type:
•   Skeletal muscle
•   Cardiac muscle
•   Smooth muscle

•   General tissue type: NERVOUS
o   Specific tissue type:
•   Nervous
