A Bachelor's in Physics won't get you too many medical field positions.  Most research positions require a PhD or Masters.  You might be able to get a lab rat position or another entry type position (receptionist, scheduler, orderly).

A physics degree with the right supporting classwork may get you into medical school, if you pass your MCAT.

does physics even have anything to do with medicine?
I can't imagine anything less than a PhD in Physics would get you much of any kind of job
