A.  Homologous chromosomes seperate during anaphase I while sister chromatids separate during anaphase II
B.  Sister chromatids separate during anaphase I while homologous chromosomes separate during anaphase II
C.  Sister chromatids separate during anaphase I and anaphase II
D.   Homologous chromosomes seperate during anaphase I and anaphase II

The answer is A. Before anaphase I you have 2n chromosomes with 2 chromatids each one, and after that step you will have n chromosomes with 2 chromatids. During anaphase II that 2 chromatids will be separated and finally we'll have 4 cells with n chromosomes and 1 chromatid from a mother cell of 2n chromosomes and 2 chromatids.
